Scott Elferdink,
Developer
Inspired by the lifestyle in Charleston, Scott Elferdink, a native of Naples, FL, moved to Mt. Pleasant after earning a degree in Building Science from Auburn University. Elferdink founded Redan Construction which specializes in commercial construction, with a focus on medical and dental projects.
Elferdink and his family lived in the Old Village for six years and during that time he developed a love and appreciation for its character, architecture, and traditions.

Tony Woody, PE
Engineer
Woody earned a BS in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and is registered as a Professional Engineer in South Carolina and North Carolina. Woody's 27 years of experience includes site development and public infrastructure projects for both public and private clients. Woody has extensive experience at the management of design personnel, budgets and schedules.

John Tarkany,
Landscape Architect
Tarkany, a graduate of Ohio State where he received a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture, has more than 40 years of experience in land planning and landscape architecture for resorts, communities, public works, and equestrian facilities. Tarkany’s notable projects include The Sanctuary at Kiawah, The Ocean Course Clubhouse at Kiawah, China International Equestrian City, Chabei, China, and Elbow Cay Club, Hopetown, Elbow Cay, Abaco, The Bahamas.

David Williams, PE
Engineer
Williams has a 7 year background in residential, commercial, public use, and transportation site development. His expertise includes grading, stormwater management, and utility design. Williams earned a BS in civil engineering from Virginia Tech University and is registered as a Professional Engineer in South Carolina and Virginia.
